'Room. Bed was very uncomfortable like a hide a bed and the pillows were flat and not supportive. Bed linens were not secure and had to make the bed (fitted sheet) every morning. If you're going to have a kitchenette then there should at least be a coffee maker with supplies included. Elevator was dreadfully slow and the 3rd floor opening was extremely loud and squeaky. Could definitely need some repairs. Otherwise it was a basic room.'

'This place wants you to check in with a kiosk instead of the person behind the desk. The kiosk has you doing essentially a video call with someone at another location for check in. It is time consuming and the communication is bad. Very bad experience. Breakfast options were a bowl of cereal or toast. Bare bones and not really worth coming downstairs for.'
