'My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I had to do a Zoom meeting from my room and the lighting was poor. It needed I floor lamp next to the desk. The desk had a lamp but did not work well. There was no pen or small notepad. To reach the microwave I had to kneel to see the buttons to turn on. Overall it was a good and quiet stay.'

'Property and breakfast were great. Our plane was delayed into Charlotte and we arrived around 11:20pm Called the hotel to get the shuttle. Information in our Itinerary stated it would run until 12:00. Called and a gentleman told us that the bus stopped running at 11:00. We ended up paying $18 for a cab. I would like to get reimbursed for our cab ride.'

'When I arrived they wanted me to pay for parking through a 3rd party and when I refused they would not refund my money but I got refunded from Expedia. They should disclose the 3rd party pay on Expedia. The lady at the front desk was very polite and tried to convince management to refund the money but the manager was obviously a crook'

'Het zwembad was dicht, er was geen shuttle naar het vliegveld en er was niets in de buurt. De man achter de balie vertelde me waar ik een bushalte kon vinden maar om daar te komen moest ik een snelweg oversteken. Ik was dus aangewezen op uber taxi's.
Het slot van mijn deur viel bijna uit de muur dus eigenlijk kon iedereen zo binnenkomen'

'The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful but the property was dated and the elevators were dirty.
I drove past the property twice because it's behind another property and didn't have a the title of the hotel on the building.
This was a bare bones property. I'm happy it was a short visit because I would not recommend it.'
