'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'

'Photos on Travcelocity are totally deceiving, the location is not close to the beach or ocean. It is not possible to walk to a beach or safe to walk to the ocean. It is located close to a lot of restaurants as it is situated in the Korean English School area. The room condition was good and clean. The building condition was a bit run-down. 'Ouderwetse kamer in het 'nieuwe gedeelte'. Slecht bed, ouderwetse badkamer. Het hotel lijkt TOTAAL NIET op de foto's. Personeel is vriendelijk. Restaurant stelt niets voor, daar is het personeel slecht. De omgeving is niet bijzonder, ver weg. Het enige goede is dat er op loopafstand een Italiaans restaurant zit: Giuseppe. Ga daar heen!'

'DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Everything was terrible. They sent is to the wrong building twice for check-in (dragging kids and luggage from building to building.). Rooms don’t match description, shower flooded, rooms too small for luggage, room unprepared upon arrival, non-functional internet, broken cabinets, thin and worn out mismatched towels, and a collection of 10 keys all put together without annual labels, apparently one for each cabinet, bathroom, entry, etc. I mean this place was terrible...

'This place had 100+ problems. Overall a wore out broke down condo. It was stinky (bathroom ventilation problems) and thick grey mold growing. Bunch of junk in the wore out old kitchen. Checkin was uncertain till the last minute. I’ll never stay there again. '
