'What an absolutely amazing place to stay! Took our 3 young girls here to stay for a couple of days away and this place was perfect for a family of 5! It is so beautiful and spacious! The staff are incredible and so good with children so accommodating and chatty which our girls loved telling them all about their days out to Alton towers and Chester zoo.
Not far from Chester Zoo and not too far from Alton Towers a bit further away. However, just an incredible stay away.

'The lady at check in was so lovely, it was a really nice welcome, The room was a newly renovated one, it was super comfortable and really clean, the food was amazing, and the drinks were perfect, and we did have to make use of the pool and spa and it was amazing, felt so relaxed afterwards'

Also, a special shout out to receptionist Cassie, she is an absolute gem. She made us feel extremely welcome and our daughter was totally smitten by her.

'Stayed with my husband for a 2 day break in Chester ( this hotel was recommended by our son who stayed there a few weeks ago )As soon as we walked in were very nicely greeted . We were early so were offered to leave our case which we did .The last hotel we stayed at , we had to sit in our car until check in .

'Really good hotel right in the heart of downtown chester. Convenient parking garage to get right into the hotel. We had an issue with the AC in our room and got sent to a suite which didnt suck! Very attentitive and helpful staff'
