'Everything was as expected/shown. Our house and all of the grounds were kept in impeccable shape. It really felt like being in a resort instead of the beach. Highly recommend. My friend who joined me already booked a house for next year. The bikes were a great extra. The pool was lovely although I feel it would be way too small if all houses were full and guest all wanted to swim. Luckily for us, most people wanted to sit by the pool but not actually swim. 'Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, and the bed was infested with bugs, making it impossible to sleep. By the time I discovered the issue, the front office was already closed, so I had no way to report it or request another room. As a result, I was forced to spend the night sleeping in my car. I hope the hotel addresses its cleanliness standards and provides a way for guests to get assistance after hours to prevent others from having a similar experience.'

'Nice place for a smaller family. Sleeper sofa was kinda small so it's ok for one person. Sofa/living room small as well. Table is too small for everyone to eat together. The place has a very modern and minimalist look which I appreciate. A very short walk and you're at the beach. Staff was great. Had no issues at all during my stay.'

'The location was great, the staff were great, room was dated, everything functioned properly however, the toilet pivoted on the base and felt like it was going to break off, cabinets and fixtures were very dated, bed was comfortable and the room and property were very clean. The pool was small and always packed with kids. There were 3 grills that looked well maintained; however, they were always backed up and never had a chance to use them. For comparable prices in the area, I would stay again.'

'This was our 8th time at the Shalimar. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and met all our needs. The pool was well maintained and parking was always available. They have a small arcade, five hole golf, cornhole and a ping pong table. Learned today they have a fitness room! There's something for everyone. We're going back in a few weeks! Highly recommend.'

'Every time I come to Wildwood my family and I stay at this motel. The staff is great if you need anything there right there to help you with it. Just my last trip this Monday I brought an extra person and there was no problem we paid the extra fee and that was it. No issues great hotel would recommend to anybody who would like to stay here close to the boardwalk.'
