'Great location.'

'My sister and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The complete staff at the front desk, maintenance guy, cleaning ladies were really friendly and helpful. My sister and I were quite sensitive to noise and the staff really did their utmost to make it as less noise as possible. Also the suite itself was very well equipped, spacious and neat.Breakfast buffet was included, that was great too. I would really want to stay there again. '

'We enjoyed the location of the hotel. The staff was overall friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks to pick from. The hotel was pretty clean and relatively updated. However, details of the spaces were not all up kept perfectly missing buttons on the headboard, shower head not installed properly. 'The living environment is terrible. The old air conditioner hangs inside the room, which is very noisy. When I sacrificed the air conditioner, I could actually hear the birds singing outside the window at 3 am. The staff tried to open my room to clean at 9 am and I was not check out yet. Didn't they communicate which room was checked out and could it be cleaned first? This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in recent years.btw, all staff was good service.'

'Very warm welcome. Friendly staff. We stayed three nights and enjoyed it. Location is convenient near the highway. Room was very spacious, clean and quiet. Bed was good. Breakfast was good with all the necessary things. Very good coffee. Parking is easy and plenty on site. '

'Our whole experience was awesome! Easy check-in to a new-ish hotel impressed us first, and then we heard we were being upgraded to a suite at no extra charge! Rooms were clean and pool was fun! We appreciated the low-sensory atmosphere - welcoming lighting, soft music and no strong aromas in the lobby etc. Wish we had longer here, and will be coming back to visit! Thank you!'

Code system for entry was a bit problematic. Took 5-6 tries to enter our room each time. Never met our host in person. In bathroom, would have been nice to have some hand towels and face washing cloths in addition to the two small bath towels. Also, hooks would have been nice - on back of room door for...
