'The staff member Virginia was was really really rude and unprofessional and she always has a bad attitude she should not be working there 😠 she has been very difficult and disrespectful as far as the other staff members which is Ashley and the cleaning lady they are very sweet very nice the property is very awesome the gym definitely needs to be worked on they need to fix the treadmill because it's not powering on the laundry is awesome the rooms are the best'

'If I could upload pictures I would. First thing first DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I checked in all was fine till I went into my room 323. I check every room I stay in because I don’t want to catch bugs or sleep on someone else filth. You pay for the cleanliness and the headache of staying how long you might stay. My Whole bed was STAINED WITH THIS MYSTERY STAIN and when I looked more into my room the ceiling has been leaking over time and they did not clean the overhead for the window so there...

'Worst experience starting with the room literal burn holes in the blankets, looked like smeared toothpaste on the mirror, the curtain looked like it had been there since that hotel opened. The pillows were as small as a couch pillow and flat as a sheet will never return '

'Staff was really helpful and efficient! Lobby and elevators were welcoming and appeared clean. Two-star review is for condition of the room. Although the bedsheets were clean, it smelled like stale cigarettes — kept waking up throughout the night because the smell was so nauseating. It felt like that smell was ingrained over years and it was IN everything — the carpet, the upholstery, the curtains — no amount of daily room service would have been able to rid the smell. The room itself was tidy...

'Nice but very dated. Water marks on ceiling. Wallpaper peeling and holes in the walls where old sprinklers myst have been. Maid changed out towels and the new ones were not all clean but covered in hair. '

'Lobby and staff are excellent super nice and accommodating. Lobby is updated to where you’d think the rooms would match. Room had loose tiles in the bathroom and hard water stains around the floor and shower grout. Also advise cleaning staff to clean behind the bathroom door. Many hairs and dust. Simple fix.'
