'Our room was very clean. We needed the linens for the sofa bed, and they were delivered within a few minutes from the request. Breakfast was very good! As usual, plenty to choose from!'

'From beginning to end everything was delightful. The staff was great, the beds were cozy, the shower pressure was top notch, breakfast had a lot of selections and the sweet lady at the desk let my baby pick out a toy from the treasure box for her birthday!'

'I waited 30+ minutes to check in and there was only one per in front of me. The room was clean but had a weird smell and the water tasted gross out of the faucet. The "so-called" free breakfast was picked over by 8am and was told they were out of coffee. Not that they couldn't make more, they were OUT period. We were just disappointed.'

'Room was very clean, thermostat allowed whatever temperature you wanted, staff were very friendly and available 24/7. Breakfast was free and good, and there was ample parking.'

'Checked in nearly at midnight. Parked immediately in front of my room which was great. However you do get what you pay for. 2nights for $125. The room looked cleaned when I first walked in, but there were hairs in the bathtub and small dead bugs all over the floor under the sink, behind the toilet & doors. The bed was painfully stiff, but it was clean. There were cracks in the tub were the finish was falling off, didn’t notice til I was showering, good water pressure tho! It wasn’t loud from...

'Staff was incredibly friendly; however, the bathroom smelled like urine and the room looked run down. The beds are full size, not queen. Breakfast consisted of two cereal options and bread. The room came in clutch during a busy weekend in Jonesboro, but it’s not somewhere I plan on staying again. Again, the staff was very friendly, but the condition of the property and amenities overshadowed that.'

'My wife and had a 3rd floor room. This is the second time we have stayed there within a 2 month period and the elevator was still broken. Our room had no remote for the TV and also only a half of roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Really only positives was the staff being helpful and nice and bed was comfortable. We will not stay here again until the elevator is fixed or we are able to get a first floor room.'

'The girl at the front desk was so sweet, but the hotel is awful. There were illegal deals going on in the parking lot, ladies of the night were coming and going all evening, the pool had a film of filth on it, it was run down, the list goes on and on. We ended of changing hotels after a couple of hours, and the people at the new hotel told us that this one has a reputation for all sorts of devious behavior. Not recommended at all.'
