Loved the little binder in the room (some good laughs in there). It’s clear the owner takes a lot of pride in this little place. Felt very safe parking our motorcycles there.'

'Best hotel in Deadwood- great location, amenities, staff and food. Clean and well appointed. Yummy breakfast that was very affordable with add-on vouchers. Bar and casino good for adults and pool for whole family. Free parking and quick walk to main drag of deadwood stores, bars, restaurants, historical sites.'

'The bed was comfy but bathroom area was not adequate. No shower and toilet in a room smaller than a portable outhouse. '

'We chose this hotel because we wanted to stay at a nicer hotel in town. However, in our shower, a razor was left in the soap dish, and there were hairs and some unknown substance on the shower wall. This lack of attention to cleanliness is not acceptable for the price of this hotel stay. We will not return to this hotel. However, the host that helped us park our car was incredibly friendly and helpful. He has excellent in customer service and that should be be commended.'

'There is no parking unless you walk to the far visitors parking lot,we stayed 2 days but had to make sure we moved the truck to a different parking space so we didn't get tickets or towed.we were unaware that our 2500 truck couldn't park in the parking garage it's to big.we will stay at a different hotel next time due to the parking issue, the hotel was very nice.'

'A very nice stay! Building/rooms feel a bit older, but room was comfortable and clean (except an eyeliner pen was found on the windowsill). Great place to walk to everything downtown!'

'It had everything we needed. Staggering was super friendly and they have a cute little casino for the adults and arcade room for the kids. Clean and comfortable. Food could use a little work. Overall I would definitely stay there again and recommend.'

'I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years. I really like it for several reasons. It is well maintained and very clean. Everything in my room over the years worked well and the water pressure is always very good. The best part of the room is that I can park my car out front of my room and I don't have to go through the casino. The bed is exceptional comfortable and my room was very clean. I also love the grounds and the lay out of this hotel. The grounds are wonderful...
