'I was truly impressed by how clean everything was. The amenities were good quality, and the overall experience was far more comfortable than I would ever expect from a hotel in this price range. I felt the care and dedication of the owner and staff. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable. I would be happy to stay here again.'

'Terrible place to stay, hallways dirty, boxes and other rubish was scattered troughout the hotel. Firealarm was beeping loud in the room, and was hanging from the wall. The room smelled horrible. Went down to check-in and got another room. Smelled a little better but stuff was dirty, dust everywhere. Only superficial cleaning done. This was the only somewhat affordable hotel around but you better drive those extra 25 miles! Never again. '

'I honestly wasn't expecting much from the property. Boy was I surprised. For a pet friendly hotel, it is SOOOO clean. The staff could not have been more attentive. The breakfast was wonderful. I actually told my husband, as we left the parking lot to go home, "I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to New Paltz. Thank you for such a great stay."'

'Good experience staying there. I requested early check in and that was not allowed at the time of arrival, but they were able to accommodate me by storing my bags so even though I was disappointed, I was not completely hung out to dry. The rooms are in ok shape, they keep them clean but the wear and tear is notable. Overall worth the cost and I got what I paid for. Staff was very helpful. AC was cold, parking situation was simple, no elevator, room was very clean.'
