This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, 1 powder room, 1 shower next to sauna. The property provides a BBQ, onsite Washer and Dryer. The fully equipped kitchen allows a great space for memorable family meals. This condo has it`s very own Sauna with separate shower. We provide bed linens, towels and toiletries. While staying at this wonderful property you will have access to the seasonal community recreation centre and pool. (see below Pool Rules)

Important Update !

The pool and recreation centre re-opening includes the implementation of Covid-19 requirements. Property management policy for pool access allows a maximum of 6 guests per property at any point in time and guests are required to register and book their times for pool use.

Guests will have access to the community recreation centre and seasonal pool opening in June (weekends only), July and August (7 days a week) and closes end of August.

Enjoy the short walk to Blue Mountain Village or the many trails spanning 100`s of km`s. including Bruce Trail, Georgian Trail, Kolapore Trail, and Delphi Park Trail.
Enjoy Ontario`s number one skiing destination.

Decent location. Unit was reasonably clean. Sauna was a nice bonus and got some good use during our stay. The entire unit is in need of an update. Furnishings were mostly a hodge podge of worn down pieces. Kitchen table leg very wobbly. Linens (at least in master BR) and towels were of low quality. Need more T towels for the kitchen. Several electrical outlets did not work at all, especially in lower bedroom. No lights worked in "games" room. Fireplace not working. Range hood not working. Not what we expected at that price point.

A Nice Getaway

Location and check-in was good. We were close to shopping areas and family activities. The recreational room had many fun activities for my family. The pool was amazing! I did not like the idea of guest of 10 not being able to go in the pool at the same time. Only six people per unit allowed and we had to book each time. Beds were fairly comfortable but the bedsheets and pillowcases did not smell fresh. It was very inconvenient for the kitchen to be on the second floor. Hauling groceries and big coolers up the stairs was difficult. There were limited supplies of utensils in the kitchen. There was no can opener, pizza cutter, cheese grater, sharp knives etc. We felt a lack of privacy with the Rogers home monitoring system that used cameras. It was great to have a bathroom for each level. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I give it a four star.

Perfect stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to get away for a weekend. We did go for a walk into the Village but took a little longer to get there as we did not know which direction. It was much faster walk back to the rental.

Our family spent the weekend and loved how close to the Village it was. The property itself was clean and well-stocked and a very good fit for our number. The foosball table was a hit with the kids and the deck off the living area was great too.

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing time at Fulvio’s place. The place was clean and cozy! He was very accommodating with early check in and was quick to reply to any questions we had. It was close proximity to the blue mountain village. All the essentials we needed were there and there was enough space for our group! Would definitely come back again :)

Great Stay!

The place is lovely, it actually looks smaller in photos than it is in real life! It very comfortably slept 10 of us with extra room. There is a great walkout area outside of the bottom room to enjoy at night, the balcony is also perfect for hanging out. It had everything we needed for our stay! Condition is as shown in the photos. The thermostat worked incredibly it was nice and cool the entire time and the sauna is a very nice added feature! The only thing I would let people know is there is a camera in the back which is fine but we did not know what it was for so we covered it. We later found out it is for a security company who just detects changes but wish we would have known about it earlier so we weren't creeped out!!
