'the lady at the counter was rude. The girls in the room next to us were very loud, I believe there was a party going on. So we went back to the lobby and want another room. The lady at the lobby said to us: “well, you are from another country, so you are not used to that”. Really?! We eventually got a new room but this is not the way to treat hotel guests'

'Clean room, comfortable bed, great free breakfast! '

'Het hotel is perfect alleen de ligging is iets minder prettig. De wijk waar het hotel aan grenst heeft een slechte naam en dat zie je terug. Er stonden duidelijk mensen te handelen in het een of ander im de bushalte voor het hotel. Het hotel zelf heeft camera's en beveiliging dus ik voelde me absoluut niet onveilig. Echter is het wel jammer.'

'Geweldig hotel op een prachtige plek. Uitzicht op de bergen vol met cactussen. Rustige omgeving. Prachtige oude ranch met paarden. Heerlijk zwembad en zat activiteiten te doen. Zit ook een klein museum waar de medewerker enthousiast vertelde over de slangen in het gebied en ze ook liet zien. Kinderen vinden dat prachtig. Ook veel kolibries gezien op de ranch. Enig minpuntje was het buffet/de bbq waar je voor 50 dollar pp werd aangeslagen, terwijl het buffet nog maar 45 minuten open was. Hier...

'The spacious room, southwestern decor, fireplace. It was not the cleanest. There was a draft from all the windows and door. The shower didn’t work to well and there was the occasional sewer smell. We were put at the end next to the parking lot so we didn’t had the beautiful cactus/ patio views that some had and there was a lot off foot traffic of people with dogs. '

'Een heerlijk hotel. Het voelt erg goed vanaf dag 1. Er zijn overal vrolijke murals aangebracht. Bus haltes net buiten het terrein. Veel parkeerplekken. Winkels en eetgelegenheden op een korte afstand met eigenvervoer, bus of met Lyft. Er zijn wasmachines en drogers aanwezig. Het personeel is super en zorgt voor een aangenaam verblijf. Wij zijn 5 dagen gebleven en zullen zeker terug gaan als we weer in Tucson zijn. Tucson zelf is ook erg prettig en de inwoners zeer vriendelijk '
