'Night shift attendant was disrespectful and lying about my dog barking all day. Each time I had stopped by to check on my dog I couldn’t hear him from the parking lot all the way to the door to us opening it. He’s a German shepherd with a loud bark too. We believe someone had attempted to get into our room to get a reaction like that. Would not recommend anyone with pets.'

'This room was like a cool little studio apartment. The air conditioner was great because I feel like sometimes it's limited by the property but it let me set it as cold as I wanted to.'

'Rooms are very small. New updated look to them, but nothing special. Our tv has lines through the screen but was able to still see any show somewhat. No phones in the rooms to call front desk, which is just one younger gentlemen by himself everyday. It's very basic. Nothing extra. We didn't expect it to be nice and fancy though, just a place to shower and sleep. We where out the door by 10am, and back nightly after 11pm. One night there was a bunch of drama in the halls from a group of people...

'Nobody at the counter upon arrival, while all was paid still asked some money for some shady taxes. After discussion dropped it. Room was not very clean, beds were horrible. Toilet was clogged on top of all that. Ran away as early as possible in the morning!'

'It wasn’t a great experience overall. The room didn’t feel very clean when I arrived — the floors looked like they hadn’t been properly swept, and there was a noticeable odor. The bed linens also didn’t feel fresh. Staff interaction was minimal, and when I did reach out with a question, the response wasn’t very helpful. The amenities were basic, which I expected, but some things weren’t working properly. Overall, the stay felt uncomfortable and not well-maintained.'

'This was a very negative experience for us. Checked in ok, property wasn't great but looked serviceable. Looks can be deceiving! NO hot water. The front desk made excuses for threecdays. Found out another guest had been there for two weeks and the same issue. They were also told the repair was working on it. Or that is JUST went back out. Lies, lies and more lies. If the water had been fixed in a normal amount of time I could understand but the other probles were more noticeable due to this...
