'Erg goed hotel. Mooi zwembad, uitstekende familiekamers en een zeer goed ontbijt. Ook voor het diner aan te raden. Het enige minpuntje is de ligging. Het hotel ligt aan het einde van de straat, waar wel wat vertier is, maar daar is dan ook alles mee gezegd.'

'Large size rooms, located in a place where you see more locals than tourists. Very relaxed atmosphere. Only downside i have is that the rooms are not sound proof at all so you can hear everything from footsteps outside to your neighbours. Lots of friendly cats around the hotel and the staff are so friendly. Felt at peace. '

'The room was so spacious and clean. Staff were incredibly friendly and ready to help if needed. When I was checking out, the man at reception offered for me to stay and leave my bags in the room and was happy for me to relax in the room well after checkout and when I was ready to leave for the airport. I’m incredible grateful for the kindness and generosity. Also a great area to visit with lots to do and not far from other destinations '
'Staff was wonderful. Check in and check out was easy. I could rent a motorbike from them for 250 baht per 24 hrs. Pool was great to have. Once the road at that main intersection is fixed, I'm sure the stay would be easier. I used it as a point to go to different parts of island. Kata beach was nice. Patong was crazy..oversaturated with stores and tourists. The roads along beach and to Big buddha were winding and with uphills and downhills. Be safe. Oh...and right down the street...
'Very good service, super clean resort, very complete luxury suite, good bed, low noise airco, good swimming pool, nice bar, very good food. We had a great stay ! Only minor point is accessibility to the sea. Although the sea is at 10 m distance from the pool area, the sea is not ok for swimming and snorkeling. Serenity offers almost every day a free taxi to a nearby beach. Distance approx.10 km. If you want to eat outside the resort, there is only one good (Mexican) restaurant nearby. Enough...

"Grand hôtel situé sur deux sites.
Dans l'ensemble il est confortable mais certaines choses ne nous ont pas plues :
- nous etions au lobby 2 et avions un peu l'impression d'être moins bien considérés
-l'hôtel travaille avec un système de coupons de réductions uniquement réservés aux australiens
- la porte des toilettes dans la chambre est en verre semi transparent et semi translucide. Mais le pire est qu'elle ne couvre pas toute la hauteur donc aucune intimité "
