Located in a peaceful oasis surrounded by greenery, the pleasant and comfortable Villa dei Desideri is just 400 meters from the beautiful Ogliastra sea, visible from the shaded veranda—perfect for relaxing with a drink. The residence offers tennis, soccer, volleyball, and bocce courts, as well as free private parking.



OUTDOORS: Villa dei Desideri features a large, comfortable outdoor area. The furnished veranda overlooks the private garden and offers lovely views of the sea and the pool (shared with three other villas) next to the garden. You can unwind on the sun loungers provided. The veranda is equipped with a gas and built-in barbecue, plus an outdoor sink and washing machine.



INDOORS: The villa has a spacious kitchen-living room with microwave, electric oven, large fridge, cookware, and a sofa bed. The sleeping area includes 2 double bedrooms with a large shared bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and bidet (wheelchair accessible). There is also a double bedroom with bunk bed and a second bathroom with shower and bidet. The house is air-conditioned and fitted with mosquito nets. Bath towels are available on request for an extra charge (beach towels not included).



GUEST ACCESS: The residence offers free parking, sports fields, and a seafront bar-restaurant. About 1 km away you’ll find restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and a supermarket. The beach next to the residence is Foxi Manna, and the coastline offers many charming coves.
