This property is NOT a party house. Council, Police and the local community have strict requirements in regard to nuisance noise and offensive behaviour. Under Section 268 of the Protection Environment Operations Act 1997, a Complainant may be successful in obtaining noise abatement order from the local court against the Offender. Heavy fines apply.

Strict code of conduct applies: excessive noice, anti soccer behaviour and or damage to property will result in immediate eviction, loss of security deposit and fines.

Fantastic two night stay in Tim & Nicole's fabulous penthouse apartment - so spacious, light filled and tasteful with two great outdoor spaces. Can honestly say that it's exactly as portrayed on STAYZ and all complimentary comments of previous occupants are right on the button!! Within walking distance to the beachfront and a myriad of dining options (absolutely no need to cook here). Be mindful that the loft style bedroom is accessed via several stairs and the bathroom is downstairs.Such friendly and responsive hosts, highly recommended, don't hesitate to book this gorgeous place!!

My family and I stayed at the property in April. It was very well equipped, and the jacuzzi and private terrace were great! The apartment is in a great location, with it being only a short stroll to the beach and Terrigal's main strip. Tim & Nicole were very responsive hosts.

A BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT

We loved this very spacious apartment which was beautifully appointed, immaculately clean and in a great location. Communication with the owners was excellent.The only negative for us seniors was that the bedroom is on the upper level and the bathroom/toilet is downstairs which was a little challenging at night. That perhaps should be clearly notated in the property details.

Heart of Terrigal

The location is perfect, so convenient to walk to everything. The outdoor entertaining area is excellent to have guests over for dinner. We didn’t get to use the hot tub as it talk all day to heat up (not sure if we’re using it correctly) - a guide would have been helpful. The furnishings and artwork are excellent. The sea view is amazing. Excellent stay and we would definitely return.

Lovely property, great access to the local shopping precinct of Terrigal, all instructions regarding the property accurate and easy to understand. Only criticism of experience is that at no point was there any e-mail access directly with the property Hosts (Tim & Nicole) - everything was directed into Stayz.
