'My main complaint was the curtains to our hotel room did not go all the way down so light came in early in the morning. There is bird poop ALL over the cement outside and even a dead bird. The staff was okay. I did call to complain about the room next to us and their noise but got told there was nothing they could do so that was super helpful. The room itself was beautiful but Im not sure if I'd stay again or not. '

'Check in was painless. No shower curtain in our room.217 was immediately taken care of by the house keeper assigned to that floor. She was very professional and handled my request promptly. Breakfast was yummy, hot tub was fantastic. Definarly stay again on a return visit. Well done staff.'
