On the first floor: a large room with exposed stone walls (granite fireplace with a stove), a modern open-concept kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer), a living room (flat-screen TV, sofa bed), a bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet, and a laundry room (washing machine). On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed [140 cm] and a desk), a separate toilet. On the 2nd floor: one bedroom (1 double bed [140 cm]). High chairs and baby bathtubs available upon request. Terrace with outdoor furniture and a grill, courtyard, and parking. Pets allowed for a fee (€3 per pet per night). Electric heating is charged as an additional fee on-site: €0.25 per kWh for usage exceeding 8 kWh per day (included).
