Please KNOW THIS! You are in the high West Texan Desert and it's a very different world out here. It's rough and we expect our guests to understand that this is NOT a luxury stay.

You must bring water, lots of it and be prepared to experience all the magic that this area of the world will deliver, but please think of this as GLAMPING, more on the camping side.

We are working on this property to make it more and more comfortable but we ask that you enjoy and take care of what we have for now while we add more down the road!

Bathroom disclaimer: we have a composting toilet that is very efficient but hands on and not for most folks. It can be in the bathroom on the bus or we sometimes put it outside for use. Your preference.

There is no shower or running water for now but its a project that is scheduled. We do provide 5 gallon containers and you can get water (free), ice, use the restroom, take showers, and do laundry at the clubhouse down the road (Texas down the road means 30 minutes...its BIG out here!)
