'Overall, the property was clean, but it is dated. They are clearly working renovations, so they are trying. The photos make it seem as though they have a nice family pool area with a slide. The pool area is disappointing, though. It is clean, but the slide is no longer there. Both the washing pool and the main pool are quite chilly. For the price we paid, we won’t return; however , at a lower price point, this property would be fine. '

'Hotel is in a quiet location. Parking was a challenge as we had to park on the street in front on the hotel due to hotel lot was full. Several cars were taking up 2 spots and there was a large Enterprise box truck taking up 5 spots. Breakfast was great with lots of options! Bed was comfortable. A/C unit in room was extremely noisy and while it kept room cool, it most likely needs service for the loud rattling noise coming from it.'

'The hotel opened 3 days before we checked in. So I thought there might be some issues with personnel working out the operational kinks. But everything went smoothly and every employee I dealt with was cheerful and helpful. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast was quite good with three different hot choices each day. It seems to me that those options can be depleted pretty easily however, depending on the size of the breakfast crowd. If it is busy, its difficult for the staff to keep the food...

'SUPER SKETCHY - STAY AWAY!!! I booked this hotel for my son and my nephew for a last minute visit to Madison and unfortunately didn't read reviews before doing so. I had called prior to arrival to request an early check in, but they were unable to accommodate. I asked specifically if they could get in their room if they returned very late, and was told they could as the front desk is staffed 24 hours. When they arrived, they checked on their room & were told they couldn't check in at 2am and...

Ayden especially was fantastic. Underground parking available, and quiet and clean. Property is new…fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be adding this to my list of preferred places to stay for Verona.'

'Room was very clean. Dishes were clean in the cabinet. Refrigerator was spotless. Staff at property was friendly and courteous. The building was very quiet despite seemingly being full. Good location for restaurants, groceries and a Target was near by. Would stay here again.'
