It sounds trite but this is truly a gem of a hotel. Beautiful location, quiet, lovely gardens, very comfortable room and first class service throughout the hotel, from welcome at reception to saying goodbye. I stayed at the floating cabins for 2 nights and 1 in the hotel itself. All really good, the food, breakfast, the room, the gym. Enjoyed staying here and will make sure to book our staff in this hotel more often.

This place is absolutely filthy, it doesn’t look as though it has been cleaned in over a year. We would not recommend and still waiting for a refund as we left early. Very disappointing. Hotels.com you should take this off your rentals
