Mountain View est situé à Mountain Village et se trouve à quelques pas de la piste de ski de Sundance. Il offre un accès idéal aux pistes de ski en hiver et un accès facile aux sentiers de randonnée et aux pistes cyclables en montagne au printemps et en été.  
Les clients de Mountain View ont également recours à Dial A Ride, un service de navette gratuit sur appel.

DÉTAILS DE LA PROPRIÉTÉ:
Mountain View a trois étages.

ÉTAGE PRINCIPAL (niveau intermédiaire) - Grande pièce à aire ouverte, grande salle à manger, cuisine, terrasse, demi-salle de bain, chambre à coucher avec salle de bain en suite.

La grande salle est meublée avec un canapé en cuir, une causeuse en cuir et un fauteuil, ce qui en fait un lieu idéal pour se réunir autour du feu, se détendre ou regarder un grand match ensemble devant la télévision de 42 pouces.  La pièce est accentuée par un piano et une fonction d’eau en ardoise qui murmure. Des œuvres d'art en verre ornent les grandes fenêtres nord.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, une plaque de cuisson à 6 br��leurs et un four, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur et un îlot de préparation.  Il y a aussi un bar pour le petit-déjeuner avec 4 tabourets.
La salle à manger a quatre chaises en bois autour d’une table circulaire en bois et un accès facile à la terrasse et au barbecue à gaz extérieur.  

Une grande terrasse extérieure avec barbecue à gaz Weber, table et chaises (été seulement) et un bain à remous privé pour 6 personnes offre une vue magnifique sur Campbell Peak. Le niveau principal a une demi-salle de bains.  

Chambre d'amis 1 -
Meublée avec un lit Queen Size, une commode, un placard, une cheminée à deux faces partagée avec une salle de bain attenante complète comprenant un lavabo double vasque, une station de maquillage, une grande baignoire à remous et une douche à vapeur.
De la chambre d'amis, vous pouvez sortir sur une petite terrasse couverte avec un radiateur à gaz au sol; c’est un bon endroit pour prendre un café ou un thé à la une. m.

Dernier étage - 2ème chambre, 3ème chambre et terrasse commune.

Chambre d'invité 2 -
La 2ème chambre est située au dernier étage et comprend un lit Queen Size, un bureau avec moniteur, une terrasse, une commode et une salle de bain attenante complète avec double vasque, une grande baignoire et une douche en travertin carrelée avec porte en verre sans cadre.  

Chambre 3 -
Un canapé-lit Full Size peut être déplié pour faire de cette pièce un troisième espace chambre avec un deuxième bureau / bureau, accès au pont extérieur et une troisième salle de bain complète avec double vasque, grande baignoire et douche en travertin avec porte en verre sans cadre.  

REZ DE CHAUSSEE - Garage, Mudroom, 4ème salle de bain complète, 4ème chambre, salle de lavage

Garage chauffé pour 1 véhicule.  Deux véhicules supplémentaires peuvent facilement se garer à l'extérieur du garage.

En entrant dans le garage, vous entrerez dans un vestiaire confortable, l’endroit idéal pour laisser tomber vos chaussures et suspendre vos manteaux.

Chambre 4 -
La quatrième chambre est souvent appelée «chambre pour enfants» et comprend un canapé qui peut se transformer en un canapé-lit en taille réelle, une télévision de 81 cm, une console Nintendo Wii, une bibliothèque et une salle de bain complète avec une douche à vapeur pour 4 personnes et des portes Jack et Jill .

Une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse sont également situées au rez-de-chaussée.

Perfect Place to Stay with Multiple Couples

The home was very nicely finished, nicely furnished, very comfortable and spacious. We had 4 separate couples which was perfect with the house that has 4 bedrooms and each bedroom with its own private bathroom. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Telluride.

Reviewer Comments: The only problem I encountered was that in the front yard there was a construction site with toilets and bug trucks that partially blocked the view to mountains and also there were workers so we preferred not to go outside to the balcony or use the jacuzzi. It would have Ben nice if we had been informed about it. Once the construction is finished it will be great.

The heated tile floors, the comfy beds, the fire places, and the well stocked and upscale kitchen, it was all a dream. The hot tub was amazing as well. We arrived at dark and they left the lights on and a humidifier going for us to help combat the dry mountain air. This is a must stay in home, and really close to the town of Telluride but still in the mountains. Everything about this place was amazing and A accomidations.

Spectacular view from the deck!

The kitchen was great and had pretty much everything we required to prepare meals and dine together. Beds were comfortable for everyone and bathrooms were great. The only two comments heard from the others were the lack of some deadbolts on doors, as we were asked to make sure all doors were locked. And, the small bedroom upstairs has way to much furniture for the room and was hard to maneuver around the bed. We did enjoy the hot tub and the view from the deck. All in all, we had a great time!

Great property, shady management

We enjoyed the house, its amenities and the location very much and would recommend it. The kitchen was nicely equipped and the fireplaces and steam showers in the bedrooms a plus. The dining area could use a nicer table and more chairs. The Management company (Vivid Vacation Rentals) however is very shady. Upon our arrival on 1/22/22 we were informed that they were short on towels and that the hot tub was unusable until maintenance will get there on Monday morning because “it must have gotten used a lot” before our arrival. Even though the hot tub was one of the reasons we rented the house, we agreed not to have access to it for 2 days. We were promised more towels the next morning, but the towels didn't arrive until Wednesday. We finally got into the hot tub on Monday evening and noticed that the water was cloudy, but we're just happy to finally have it available after a long day of skiing. We also noticed that the vinyl headrests of the hot tub were disintegrating and releasing thin flakes of the material into the water. The flakes sometimes attached themselves to our bodies, but we just dealt with it. 5 of us used the hot tub daily after skiing for about 30 minutes. We go on a yearly ski trip and that's our modus operandi and never had an issue with any of the previous properties we rented. We checked out on Sunday 01/30/2022 on time and left the place clean. Later that day we received a notice from management informing us that we were charged extra for our “misuse of the hot tub” which they unwittingly stated was “drained/cleaned and refilled …just prior to [our] arrival.” When confronted with the evidence, however, they corrected themselves that in fact it was serviced about a week prior to our arrival. They also charged us for alleged overuse of towels and linens and a broken chair, but later dropped these claims and refunded part of the overcharge. They claim that we caused the clogging of the filter with debris and hair with required emergency service. In reality, it was the vinyl fakes of the headrest that clogged up the filter. All these allegations were absurd, but they immediately charged the credit card on file without authorization to do so. We are still fighting with the management company and involved the credit card company to receive our money back. If you rent this property, go around and film everything and make sure they come regularly to maintain the hot tub, or you will be charged additional bogus fees.

Amazing stay!

This home was perfect! Very clean, and fully stocked with anything one would need for a comfortable stay. Very short walk to drop right in on a run for a great day of skiing or boarding. Would highly recommend, and we will definitely be back!

WARNING overcharged me $5000!!!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Until I called them, they would have never even acknowledged that they overcharged me $5000! No apologies. Zero accountability. Got to the house and the hot tub water was BROWN. Two members of our group got folliculitis from it. The back door to the house didn't lock. No soap for dishes. Had to ask them 3 times to separate the king bed into twin beds. Internet did not work. It's not a ski in or out the lift is a mile away. It's obvious the property management company doesn't even look at the properties because they told us only 2 cars could fit, when 4 can. A ton of stress with this company. NEVER using them again.

Great kitchen!

Great kitchen with everything a foodie would need to make an epic mountain meal. Everything is labeled and easy to step into as if it were your own home. The management company does a great job ensuring you have everything you need. Multiple steam showers and patio hot tub are fantastic after a winter day of skiing. Not exactly ski in/out without a significant hike up the road but it is a five minute drive to the gondola parking garage and grocery store. Four private bedrooms are nice, each with its own bathroom. One has only a tub and the other only has a pull out couch where another bed would have been appreciated but photos accurately depicted the property. Living room and kitchen are actually more spacious than photos portray. The fireplace in the living room is large and warms the whole space. Satellite TV and high-speed wifi in every bedroom is another welcome surprise.
