When you enter through the front door, the inviting main-level LIVING AREA greets you with honey-colored wood floors and a cozy stone fireplace. In front of the fireplace, there’s an overstuffed sectional sofa with room for everyone to snuggle together, and a large HDTV mounted over the flames that’s perfect for watching the game or your family’s favorite TV show.

A formal DINING SPACE features a lovely round dining table with seating for six, with bar stool seating for three at the nearby bar. The bright and open KITCHEN boasts gleaming maple cabinets and marble countertops that continue dramatically up the backsplash. The premier appliance suite includes a gorgeous gas range, dual-paneled refrigerator, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and microwave. Traveling with my elderly parents and 2 small dogs, this was the perfect place. We never needed our car and could walk everywhere. We loved the river walk with access just blocks behind the house. The house was immaculate and well appointed. We would stay again.

We loved the property and location but thought the property management was sub par for the price we paid. The linens and towels and bath products were like a three star chain hotel. We have rented in Telluride for 12 years and the management has cut corners I’m sure because they are owned by private equity companies. Loved the property though.

Our group had a wonderful time in Telluride for the Telluride Film Festival. The house is in a perfect location. The kitchen had super modern appliances and anything you would need. We really appreciated the hosts Exceptional Stays – they were communicative the entire time and even had an online portal making all the information really easy to access. One of our guests was flying and they even were able to accommodate an early check-in. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Friends ski trip was perfect thanks to this great house. The kitchen is killer (I'm a former chef) and was a pleasure to cook in. Also the BBQ is a brand new Weber and even had a spare tank. Plenty of room, mattresses are super comfortable. Will def be staying here in the future!

What a great house and awesome location in Telluride town. 4 min walk from the front door to Gondola station that takes you over to Mountain Village. The house is accurately described and shown in pictures. Highly recommend!!
