  • Deze fantastische accommodatie met terras aan het einde biedt plaats aan 12 gasten en is volledig uitgerust voor uw self catering verblijf.
    Alles wat je nodig hebt is voor de deur. Het strand, restaurants, park en pubs liggen op korte loopafstand.
    We hebben 6 ruime kamers. 2 super kingsize of tweepersoonskamers (specificeer),
    1 kingsize bed, 2 tweepersoonsbedden en 1 eenpersoonsbed.
    We hebben een kleine tuin met barbecue met terrassen en tuinmeubilair.
    We hebben geen parkeerplaatsen. Parkeren is op 5 minuten loopafstand.
    De keuken is volledig uitgerust om tegemoet te komen aan grote gezinnen.
    Alle slaapkamers zijn boven. Wij bieden beddengoed, badhanddoeken en strandlakens. Ons beddengoed is antiallergie.
    De tweepersoonskamer heeft een smart-tv.
    Gratis wifi is beschikbaar.
    We hebben een kinderstoel en reiswieg voor zuigelingen.
    We bieden een schoonmaakdienst midden in de week tegen een extra vergoeding.

A wonderful stay in this property. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and a great location. Beds were really comfortable, lots of hot water - great showers! So close to the sea and shops. Parking is just up the road but don’t let this put you off as it’s cheap and plentiful and only a minute or two walk. Great communication with host and easy check in process. Would recommend for larger groups.

Family celebration

The house gave plenty of space for all 11 of us to celebrate a birthday. The closeness to the car park and beach were fantastic. Really lovely time away, thank you.

Spacious property, central location and great value for money

We were pretty pleased with the accommodation - it wasn't perfectly/brand newly decorated, but think for the price it was a very good property with large bedrooms. Location is very central which was perfect for us and the garden was lovely too!

Fantastic accommodation which was ideal for our extended family of 10 of various ages. Also was helpful to have the space with the rather inclement weather whilst we were there. Great communication from Ian who was flexible enough for us to extend our stay by another night as we didn’t want to go home!Would love to stay again.

Great family stay by the coast

We stayed at Church View for our annual family holiday. The house was spacious for the 10 of us with lots of space to socialise and play games. The beds were super comfortable and the patio area with ample seating and BBQ was a great addition! The town and beach were a short walk away - making it an ideal location. We would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay by the coast.

Christmas family get together

Great property, local to everything you need ! 9 of us stayed and 1 dog only problem we had is only 1 shower and that wasn’t fantastic but we managed, certainly wouldn’t stop us using it again.

This property was in a great location near to sea and town centre. It has good seating areas for socialising in the lounge and garden and the smaller conservatory was also a bonus during poor weather. Ian’s communication was good and told us everything we needed to know. We’d definitely consider staying here again if we come back to teignmouth.
