The shared lawned garden outside means there’s plenty of opportunity for the kids to let off steam during a family break, and if you bring your dog along they’ll be able to stretch their legs outside in between those days out as a family.

Perched on the River Teign, Teignmouth’s a laidback town where life centres around the seafront. If you’re a walker, you’ll find the South West Coastal Path nearby, and the town’s seafront back onto one of the UK’s most picturesque railway routes – the Riviera Line. You’ll find a collection of beachside restaurants keen to showcase the catch of the day, as well as a long sandy beach that’s perfect for those sunny days.
