The 11 hectare private country estate has two buildings, one used as the guesthouse and the other used to be a storage facility which became a new dwelling on November 2017 under the name of "The Barn". Given the considerable size of the property, our guests will be able to hike through the ancestral Laurisilva Forest and the farming areas of the property while experiencing the luxury of a private space. You can also sit on the terrace and enjoy the sunset and the magnificent view of the Anaga Mountains and the great Teide volcano in the distance. Tegueste and Pedro Alvarez are few kilometers down the road. The beaches and natural pools of Bajamar are only 9km away and the World Heritage city of La Laguna is just 5km from the house. The area is great. It is a National Park and it is close to La Laguna (UNESCO World Heritage City) and the door to the magnificent beaches of Taganana (0 tourist there and the hidden secret of Tenerife). Anaga forest is just magnificent. Near cities are La Laguna (5 minutes by car) and Tegueste (very rooted on Tenerife traditions). Cilmate is good and combines the sunny days with fresh nights. The area is very green and lush and that is what it makes it so different being in Tenerife. Tegueste is a nice village with all basic amenities. Very traditional and very good food in the area. It is 5 minutes away by car or public transportation. You will find everything there (pharmacy, grocery shops, etc.).
