'Very centrally located. A small property with 4 rooms, but the hosts were accommodating and the air conditioning was wonderful! 😃 would stay there again.'

'We loved this hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Even a Dyson blow dryer :) fresh water to fill our water bottles with and don’t miss the free continental breakfast, it was so good! I would say the only downfall is it is a little out of the way of major tourist sights like Vatican and colosseum, but we didn’t mind the walk and it allowed us to see lots of different areas of the city we wouldn’t have otherwise. So if you’re up...

'Nice quiet place to stay right in the middle of everything. Rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel staff was excellent as well. Be advised you need a code to access the property when you check in, and if you book through Expedia you won’t be sent anything and will have to call the hotel for the entry code.'

'Hotel is 5 minutes away by metro from Termini Railway Station. Also within walking distance of most of the city's attractions. Vatican City is best reachable by metro. Would recommend !'

'Although the hotel appears fairly basic, the rooms are well equipped including a fridge, coffee machine, hairdryer, slippers, a safe, plenty of towels and pillows etc. The staff were incredible. A real personal touch and nothing was too much trouble. They also have a bunch of free tours on offer, which because we didn’t know and had already booked stuff we couldn’t take advantage of, which was a shame. The decor of some of the room and communal space is a little dated, and there was a slight...

'The location was great for exploring more of the east side. It is only a room in a building. Not a hotel. But check in was smooth and the staff was very helpful. The bed was pretty comfortable. Ac worked well. Quite. Nice balcony to a quiet courtyard. It was very spacious. Beautiful floors. Has an elevator! It overall is an older property and would say a basic room with no frills. Negatives… only one button worked for flushing the toilet. One night we did not have hot water. Curtains were old...

'Prachtig hotel, alles net nieuw. Professionele personeel. Goede locatie'

'Beautiful, spacious, clean rooms and common areas. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and the breakfast had the most variety of high quality items that I've ever had (and loved the unlimited barista coffee that came with it!). We also had an afternoon snack at the bar which was amazing - excellent offerings and quality, and there is plenty of seating both indoors and out. The rooftop was beautiful at night and I appreciated the filtered water that was available in the galleys on...

'Excellent hotel and location'

'Mooie locatie op een perfecte plek. Kamer zijn zo goed als nieuw.'

'The room was clean, spacious and ideally located. Check-in was very smooth and the staff was super friendly. We could also leave our luggage in the hotel after check-out on the last day. '
