'Very clean and modern. Lots of good little details. Communication was excellent.!!'

'It is a beautiful hotel , with a good breakfast , a nice man at the reception. what they didn't tell up front is that you have to pay for a parking spot. it is at least 30 min from the city , and nothing is really nearby'

'Restaurant was closed for holidays. No terras to have a drink'

'Come sempre tutto è andato perfettamente bene ho avuto anche bisogno di fare un Late check out e tutto il personale mi ha assistito, aiutato e accolto tutte le richieste che ho fatto in un modo molto cordiale e da esempio per tante altre strutture. Ringrazio sinceramente tutto lo staff e la Direttrice Annie'

'Overall, very great property. Only complaint was the Wi-Fi password was incorrect caused me to not have Internet for a couple days.'

'Got locked out due to issues with the battery operated keypad door lock. The owner was not contactable (it was late), no other hotel available so I slept on the floor at the airport. I will not book this style of accommodation for business travel again.'

'Als het schoner was zou de beoordeling hoger uitvallen '

'In this appartment, which is not as big or convenient as they try to appear it, half of the appliance WERE NOT FUNCTIONING, ( The microwave and the oven WERE NOT WORKING), the shower was neither working and WE HAD TO FIX IT OURSELVES, there were interruptions of the warm water, so once you were either burnt or frozen, the lamp in our space was not working, it was burnt, so we did not have light in our room...Now, if you add the long lasting, exhausting, and humiliating "Orson Well's 1984" type...

'Cool spot in Navigli, close to transit, lots of food options. Would happily stay again.'

'Nice facility but a bit too far from restaurants…'

'Unique hotel which provides a special experience. Former parfum factory and this theme comes back in the room. Good restaurant but during an event the service level and food quality dropped far below par. Restaurant staff didn t do much about our complaint, but reception staff solved the issue and cancelled the bill. End good, all good.'
