Very nice hotel in the vibrant Condesa neighbouurhood. Got a free room upgrade. Stylish rooms and super friendly staff. Laundry services are available (for free if you do it yourself or 200mxn to get it delivered to your room). Breakfast is included and tasty yet limited. Many options in the neighbourhood though!

Staff really saved this place. A bit weird at first though. We checked in, the guy at the front desk showed us to our room and everything. He left and about 1 hour and 45 mins later I’m watching tv while my girlfriend is sleeping (because it was a long flight in) and I hear the door opening. At first I thought it was the room next to us but no, I immediately paused the TV, jumped up and crept to the door. Just as I expected, the door was closing when I got to it. So I swung it back open and it was the same guy who checked us in with another staff member. They looked dumbfounded. They apologized and said something about cleaning. Ridiculous. The bathroom sink was moldy, the toilet seat was broken and they didn’t come to fix it until 3 days later. The breakfast here is a JOKE. It’s literally mini cut COLD bagels (mystery jam filled) with a couple of pastries and open granola so the flies can pick at it. We didn’t even bother. The coffee/tea was excellent but overall this property was too small and not in the best location.
