Set in a peaceful Te Anau neighbourhood, just a short distance from the lake, this charming two-bedroom home is the perfect base for families, couples or small groups looking to relax and explore.

Adding a special touch throughout the home is a collection of original artwork depicting the beautiful landscapes of Fiordland. These colourful and character-filled pieces bring a sense of place to the home, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that reflects the beauty of the surrounding region.

Inside, the generous open-plan living area provides plenty of room to spread out and make yourself at home. With comfortable furniture, plenty of natural light and a relaxed, homely feel, it`s an inviting space to gather after a day exploring. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy, while the adjoining dining and living areas offer plenty of space to spend time together.

The home comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms, including a bunkroom that`s ideal for the kids. A family bathroom and separate laundry with a washing machine add convenience for both short breaks and longer stays.

Step outside onto the large deck overlooking the sizeable backyard — a lovely spot for a morning coffee, relaxed outdoor dining or simply soaking up the sunshine while the kids enjoy some space to play.

With Lake Te Anau close by and the shops, cafés and attractions of town within easy reach, Little Tussock offers a comfortable home away from home and an ideal starting point for adventures to Milford Sound, the Kepler Track and beyond.

No smoking or vaping: The property is strictly smoke-free, both indoors and outdoors.

No pets: Pets are not permitted at the property.

Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 9pm and 8am out of respect for our neighbours.

No parties or events: Please enjoy the property responsibly. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.

Guests and visitors: Only registered guests may stay overnight. Please check with us before inviting additional visitors.

Damage and breakages: Please take care of the property and its contents. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause, subject to the booking platform`s policies and applicable law. Accidents happen, so please let us know promptly if anything is damaged or broken.

General cleanliness: Please leave the property tidy, wash your dishes and dispose of rubbish appropriately.

Children: Young children are welcome, but must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Energy use: Please turn off lights, heating and appliances when not needed.

Check-in: The property will be ready for you to access from 3pm unless an earlier time is requested and pre-approved by us.

Check-out: Check-out is at 10am unless otherwise arranged. Please ensure doors and windows are securely closed and locked when leaving.
