'5月に4日間宿泊しましたが、ホテルに空港からの送迎をメールにてお願いしましたが、気温39度の中1時間30分まった後、歩いてトライシクルに乗ってホテルに到着しました。フロントに伝えるとスタッフは謝る事無く、帰りの送迎を利用して欲しいとリクエストされました。パートナーは不愉快に思い帰りの送迎はお願いしませんでした。暑い中、1500ペソ払っても送迎頼んだのに来ない事はとても残念な事です。しかし道路側ではない高層階リクエストはできたので部屋は清潔でよかったです。口コミにあるようにプールの床は滑りやすくパートナーは足を滑らせ怪我してしまいました。食事に関しては4日間朝利用しましたが、フィリピンにしては良い方だと思います。それ以外は挨拶等はしっかり教育されていました。周りにマッサージ、レストランもあり利便性は良いです。暑い時はトライシクル利用すれば歩く事もありません。エルニドはホテル料金が高いのでトータルでは合格なのでまた、利用したいと思うホテルです。'

'Het was een adembenemend resort, prachtig een uitzicht, mooie kamers, een kleine gym waar je prima je workouts kon doen. Er zijn 2 restaurants op het resort helaas is de keuze erg beperkt en is de dagkaart een kaart dat ze de 5 dagen dat we daar waren ook aan hielden. Dat was het enige minpunt. 'Ik heb ruim twee weken van tevoren gevraagd of ik mijn boeking kon annuleren. Dat kon niet. 1 dag van tevoren krijg ik een mail of ik nog wel kom, dat mailtje had ik niet gelezen omdat ik al in port Barton was zonder WiFi. Bij aankomst bleek mijn kamer al weggegeven te zijn omdat ik niet gereageerd had. Ik kreeg dus mijn geld niet terug en ik kreeg de kamer ook niet. Ik snap ook niet dat Expedia met zulke mensen samenwerkt.'

'Truly shocked by the difference between reality and website/photos.. Dirty pool, no beach nearby (12km/25min by taxi), room was not available, WiFi did not work (only sometimes according to employees), no spa, misleading ‘infinity pool’ pictures, loud music all day long. "Echt een heel goed hotel met nette kamers (wordt iedere dag zeer goed schoon gemaakt) en een heerlijk a lacarte ontbijt. De staff is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie is ook top, in zo'n 7 min lopen sta je bij het strand met de vele restaurants en bars. Echt een aanrader."

"I rarel been to hotels that offer personal attention to this level. The reception on checking in is amazing, but also during our stay the team would always take great care of us. Even provided a small attention when my Girlfriend didn't feel right. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious enough. The hotel is right at the beginning of El Nido, making it easy to visit this very cosy and nice place by foot. Soundproofing is done well, so even though it's right at the main road, we had no issues with sound coming in."
