'First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while.

'Room was nice was hoping for a better view. They need more carts to carry in your luggage. I had to have someone try to find me one when I first got there as I have mobility issues and can’t walk very well and I also cannot carry anything heavy. Staff found me one that was up on another floor when I got there but when it was time to leave, there wasn’t one to be found. They said they have two or three of them and lots of people keep them in their rooms. That’s just not acceptable for people who...

'The water didn’t get real hot, I don’t know if it was because they were sold out so the water was getting used. Also they don’t have a closed shower it was open, like they only had one piece of glass so water was getting on the floor. Other than those two things the stay was good.'

'Wow! What a lovely new gem in our city! The interior decor has a great vibe! Please decorate my great room!
Bar was cozy and had an amazing appetizer...deviled egg with chives and caviar! Wine list had very nice wines at a reasonable price! Our corner room was lovely! Bathroom huge and bed very comfortable! The only thing I missed was conditioner in the shower. I saw that they sold it downstairs, so I know they had it.
Truly, a beautiful boutique hotel that my husband and I would return to...
