'The staff was great, especially the folks in the lounge (Dat and the main bartender) breakfast was wonderful, dinner options were a little expensive but mostly pretty good. Spa was nice altho it would be nicer to have men and women allowed to use the same area as my partner and I were the only ones on each side and got kind of bored alone. Area around the space is beautiful and the temple on the mountain is unbelievable! Overall, it was a great stay'

'Mycket fin hotell, vänlig personal social Mr Duc som hjälpte oss med tidig incheckning. Vi fick vårt rum kl7 på morgonen trots att incheckning tiden är 14:00. Rummen är stora rena och mycket bekväma sängar och även balkongen som är inte så vanligt i Vietnam '

'Great amenities everything you need Only thing was major construction everywhere and unfortunately the icon will not have a bay view in future as there is tons of new apartments homes hotels and a massive shopping mall being built in front and around the icon 40 building '

'Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!'

'This property was stunning with highrise views of the bay. Shopping, groceries, dining options all available on premises. Easy to get a cab. The communication with the property to check in from visiting in a foreign country was excellent. Verh responsive and quick to answer questions. Check in was a breeze and thw property was perfecr for my family. We would highly recommend the stay. '
