Magnifique séjour

Un havre de paix dans une maison typiquement portugaise et un environnement campagne avec des équipements parfaits. Des propriétaires adorables qui ont un vrai sens de l'accueil.

Relaxing mode and tourist time

apart from the beautiful weather, we really enjoyed the house. this is really a place to relax. the enormous swimming pool and the enormous garden even give you peace of mind from the people you are on holiday with. sometimes I lost the dog or my partner. the entire garden is closed. That's nice for us because of the dog, but also useful if you have younger children. In addition to the peace and quiet in the accommodation, you have plenty to do around the house. a lovely morning walk is possible here. you can easily walk to the riverbed of the sea where you can see many crabs doing their daily things. There is also a beautiful cycling route with enough challenge. there is a large city of Travira where you can reach within 10 minutes by car. If you have a car you can also easily reach the cities that are a little further away (still I think Travira is the most beautiful). highly recommended. the beds are not suitable for 2 meter people (my partner is 2 meters), but he is used to that so certainly not a downside. We did suffer from a lot of red ants. fortunately the owners are prepared for this. there was an insect spray ready to use. We really enjoyed it here, went out every now and then, but mainly played a lot of games and splashed in the pool. I wish the next a nice stay!

beautiful house and super nice hosts

We had a really nice time here. The house is equipped with everything you need and the outside area is beautiful. A car is recommended, although we managed the week well with rented bicycles and on foot. The hosts are very nice and accommodating, which we were very grateful for.

Villa parfaite pour un séjour en famille et entre amis

Avec 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain, une grande terrasse couverte et une piscine, la villa est parfaite pour un séjour entre amis ou pour une grande famille. Elle est très bien équipée et d'une propreté exemplaire (passage d'une dame qui fait le ménage chaque semaine et changement de linge). On a plus l'impression de loger dans la maison d'amis que dans une location de vacances. Rien ne manque dans la cuisine (parfait pour cuisiner), ni à l'extérieur. La villa est bien placée pour ceux qui cherchent la tranquillité, sans être loin de beaux lieux à visiter. Les échanges avec Paulo pour la réservation ont été très fluides. Sur place, les échanges de courriels pour avoir des conseils ont également été précieux pour nous. Partis à deux familles, nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette villa.

Fantastic stay

Easy to locate using Google maps, short drive to Tavira ( Aldi being 9 mins away), sheltered private secured front space / driveway, plenty of secured space for the little one to run around in without having to worry and great shaded seating out back. Everything in the villa worked as we needed, there is a €5 per day free use included for air con use, however we had the air con running in three rooms in the evening and overnight in the bedrooms and used only €20 worth of air conditioning for 14 days so didn't even get close to needed to pay any extra - so for anyone coming from a cooler country (uk here) no need to panic, it was more than sufficient for us and our 2 year old with 30° temperatures every day in may. The hosts were lovely, always responsive and helpful - there is also an umbrella for beach use so you don't need to pay!

Férias Fantásticas

Adorámos ficar alojados na Villa Magaída, a casa e o espaço circundantes são lindos e muito bem tratados. A decoração da casa conta uma história, tem imenso detalhes da familia que os anfitriões amavelmente partilham connosco, tornando-a deste modo extremante acolhedora. O Paulo e a Luísa foram uns anfitriões maravilhosos, fizeram-nos sentir como se estivessemos na "nossa casa de campo". A casa estava muito bem limpa, organizada e com um cheirinho agradável, tem tudo o que é necessário, em termos de electodomésticos, funciona tudo bem. O ar condicionado deu imenso jeito para os dias de maior calor. Os nossos filhos de 6 e 10 anos divertiram-se imenso na piscina e no jardim. As Senhoras da limpeza também foram bastante atenciosas e fizeram um excelente trabalho! A piscina foi limpa e desinfectada 2 vezes, conforme combinado. Tudo correu bem! Excelente estadia, descanso e convívio!

Fiquei alojada na Villa Magaída com um grupo de amigos em Agosto. Adoramos a casa, com estilo rústico/tradicional, super funcional para um grupo que gosta de cozinhar em casa e relaxar no espaço exterior. A casa tem 4 quartos confortáveis, todos com AC, 2 casas de banho espaçosas e renovadas (nota adicional: excelente pressão de água do chuveiro). A cozinha é sem dúvida a melhor equipada de todas as casas onde fiquei no Algarve. Nota-se que é uma casa de família, que foi habitada e tem tudo como se estivéssemos em nossa casa. O espaço exterior é muito giro e confortável. A churrasqueira funciona lindamente e é a gás (poupa o trabalho e sujeira de fazer brasas). Passamos grande parte da semana na casa, desfrutamos bastante dos espaços. Os proprietários, Paulo e Luísa, e a housekeeper Maria, são de uma simpatia exemplar, tudo fizeram para que a nossa estadia fosse perfeita, incluindo a partilha de dicas de restaurantes, praias, sítios a visitar. A casa fica perto da Vila de Tavira e de um restaurante excelente - Fialhos. Ah, e a casa cumpre com todos os requisitos de limpeza/segurança Clean & Safe (por ex: arejamento 24 horas entre hóspedes, os proprietários utilizam máscara e viseira,...). Para quem quer ficar na zona de Tavira, fiquem na Villa Magaída e sentirão que estão na vossa própria casa de campo. Não se vão arrepender! Obrigada Paulo e Luísa! Ana

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit großzügigem Außenbereich und kompetentem Vermieter

Vorab: Da es sehr warm war, lebten wir fast nur draußen. Es gibt auf der Terrasse genügend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, Sonnenschirme sowie eine Hollywoodschaukel - man findet immer einen schattigen Platz. Wir durften Limonen, Tomaten und unzählige Feigen ernten. Was für ein Geschmack! Den Gasgrill nutzten wir gerne. Alle Schlafzimmer haben eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer einen Deckenventilator. Alle Fenster haben Mückenschutz. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht und sehr komfortabel - bis hin zur Regendusche. Die Küche hat unzählige Geräte und eine super Ausstattung - ein Espressokocher könnte noch eine Ergänzung sein. Paulo und Louisa nahmen uns freundlich in Empfang, erklärten alles und hatten einen gut gefüllten Begrüßungs-Korb bereitgestellt. Wann immer wir etwas brauchten oder eine Frage hatten, kümmerten sie sich sofort und lösten alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit - sogar die Abreise am sehr frühen Morgen. Die Ausstattung mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern war großzügig. Nach einer Woche kam die freundliche Hilfe Maria, putzte alles wieder sehr sauber und wechselte sämtliche Wäsche. Der Pool wurde 2x wöchentlich gereinigt. Wir haben selten so einen umfassenden und freundlichen Service erlebt. Dankeschön!

15 jours de totale détente dans une belle villa calme et reposante

Villa charmante, calme et typique ou il fait bon vivre. Nous avons trouvé cette villa très fonctionnelle et très bien équipé avec un accueil très chaleureux de la part des propriétaires et de la personne en charge de la maison. Très bien située entre campagne et ville juste à coté des plages magnifiques ou il vous faut emprunter le petit train ou le bateau pour vous conduire en bord de mer. Les grandes villes ( FARO, ALBUFEIRA etc..) sont à quelques kilomètres ainsi que les marchés aux alentour ( TAVIRA , OLHAO, FUSETA ) . Vous pouvez faire de belles promenades pittoresques au milieu des orangers, figuiers et oliviers sans oublier que vous vous trouvez en plein cœur d"une réserve naturelle. Voila!!! des vacances à refaire et à donner envie à ceux qui comme nous veulent passer un formidable séjour
