Villetta Carmen - Salento Reservation is located in Mancaversa, a seaside resort adjacent to Gallipoli, in the central area, where you can walk to the sea, services and entertainment.
Located on the lower floor, it consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin with twin beds both air conditioned, plus a single bed in the living room, for a total of 5 beds. Full bathroom with shower box. The dining room with kitchenette and fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with dining table and chairs, TV and relaxation area with comfortable seating.
The apartment has a fenced outdoor area with garden furniture, perfect for having lunch or dinner. Also ideal for our four-legged friends. Free indoor parking.
Mancaversa is the marina of the city of Taviano (Lecce), it has a coastline about 2 km long, it is located near the most famous beaches of Salento, it is only 6 km from the beach of Gallipoli, now a reference point for summer tourism, about 30 km from S.M. di Leuca, the most extreme point of the heel where the Ionian Sea gives way to the Adriatic and 40 km from Otranto, a beautiful city both from a historical and cultural point of view and as beaches and sea.
The marina is mainly characterized by a low cliff with small beaches bathed by the clear, transparent, largely uncontaminated Ionian Sea, offering sea lovers a backdrop rich in marine flora and fauna and certainly still waiting to be discovered.
N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space, check-in/check-out.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
