'I really enjoyed my stay at Maravu Taveuni Resort. My bure was beautiful, with the added charm of an outdoor shower, and felt tucked away in the jungle while still offering stunning sunset views over the ocean. 'Staff very helpful. Non intrusive. Bures(cottages) very private and very well kept up and very romantic. Great food. Attentive wait staff Small venue. So it’s very private feeling. Amazing opportunities to snorkel very close by. Not on the best beach for a swim but can have a private experience on a private beautiful beach to yourselves 5 min boat ride away. Pool area well maintained. Tables at mealtime well spaced so can have own conversations. Opportunities to do some fun excursions. '

'The property is beautiful and the owners are so nice. It is very remote area, so only one option for dining. You can cook I. Your kitchenette, but we were not prepared for the hotel being so far away from the nearest store or restaurant. Plan ahead. Shop on your way there or co tact owners ahead of time to see about arranging for meals. '
