The sunroom seamlessly flows onto a shaded patio, while the main living room opens out to a covered deck then onto the grass. Aside from classic Kiwi picnic tables for your alfresco feasts, there’s nothing standing between you and the water.

You’ll have all the essentials on hand to ensure a comfortable stay at your home away from home, including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, BBQ, and heat pump technology to set the ideal temperature no matter the season. There are a few welcome bonus features too, such as a DVD player and gaming console, and complimentary WIFI to keep you connected throughout your stay.

Three bedrooms comfortably sleep up to nine guests here at Lakeside Lodge, including a bright master bedroom with views you’ll want to lay in for. Two bathrooms provide the conveniences for your stay.

Lakeside Lodge has plenty of room to park the boat, and the ramp is just a six-minute drive away when it’s time to head out for a fish! You can of course also try your hand at fly fishing at the internationally renowned Tauranga Taupo River. The Hatepe and Tongariro Rivers are also well known.

If you’re planning to hit the Tongariro National Park for walks and snow sports, Whakapapa Ski Field, Mt Ruapehu, and the Tongariro Crossing are all within an hours drive. And you're just 10-minutes drive from Turangi for supplies.
