We only stayed for the night but it was like home away from home-- would highly recommend if you're looking for a personal, comfortable, and cozy stay just outside of Hobart. 10/10, hope to come back here one day!'

'The Poet's Cottage was an absolute delight. My wife and I had not been to Stanley for 20 years and chose the cottage based on the description and comments on accomodation.com. 'It was a short walk from the parking area to the unit. The wood panels and wood floor were interesting aspects of the accommodation. The unit was spacious with separate kitchen, downstairs table/eating area and adjacent lounge room. It was cold during the visit so although there was a great view of the nearby river from the outside table/eating area, we did not venture there at mealtime.
