'Curtains dusty w cobwebs. Carpets need replaced. Aging.'

'It is so clean'

'Overall this is a fine, normal Hampton Inn and we had a good stay. We were upgraded to a better room with spa tub, which was pleasant. Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfy. Few little annoying housekeeping glitches- no available cups or glasses in the bathroom or with the coffeemaker- we had to pick up a couple in the breakfast area ourselves. We found a mystery gentleman's suit hanging in the closet- we left it for the next guest, perhaps they can solve the mystery! And in spite of the...

'Excellent stay, great location, breakfast is always tasty and the location is close to the malls and restaurants'

'Goed '

'My overnight stay was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great!!!'

'The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was okay. Hotel is outdated needs some upgrades. No towels in the pool area until we had to ask the front desk. The tv in the room didn’t work. Kids running in the pool area and in the lobby. Kids had their breakfast meal in the pool area. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.'

'Very nice property located in a quiet area yet close to all the services you need. Very clean property, staff, Jerry, was very helpful and welcoming when we checked in. Would definitely recommend'

'Got checked into an occupied room. Staff was helpful to relocate us. Relocated to 1st floor. Was woken up by people starting their trucks at 530am'

'Friendly, Staff, Easy Parking, Clean Room'

'Great stay!!!'

'I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It is extremely well managed, and you can really tell they care about their guests' experience by taking extra steps with the details. They offer a great 24/7 coffee, tea, and water station, which was convenient throughout the day. The breakfast setup was fantastic, well laid out, clean, and organized. I especially loved that they used clear dispensers for the juice instead of the standard bag-fed juice machines. It’s a small detail, but it felt much higher...

'Definitely a good hotel. Not only is it spotless and new, but also it had all the amenities we needed. We had to book shortly in advance because of a family emergency and in hindsight we were very happy we could still be accomodated here. The hotel is perfectly located with shops (Wholefoods across the street !) and restaurants nearby (try the sushi at Yotsuba and the pizza at Pieology !). Also the hotel provided a comfortable room, superfriendly and helpful staff and options for the well...

'People having a party on the terras of the ground floor room with a Ghettoblaster on very loud. Further, during the night a constantly reoccurring loud noise, probably from cars starting in the parking next to my room, but sounded as a kind drilling.'

'Very friendly staff, great location. The room set up was nice for our small group. The room could have been a bit cleaner.'
