Locatie is prima in de oude stad (medina) Net hotel en komt overeen met 2 sterren. Personeel is vriendelijk en kamers zijn sober, maar netjes en schoon. Omgeving is luid.

We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Kamer is prima, maar niet heel ruim. Ontbijt ook prima. Ze zijn heel behulpzaam als je iets wilt weten of een excursie wilt maken. Betalen met een credit card is lastiger, ze hebben liever cash, dat gedrag trouwens voor heel Tanger.

Dichtbij de medina.
Je komt aan in een nauw donker straatje met veel verveelde en arme mensen zitten op de straat tegen de muur. Dit geeft een beetje een afschrikwekkend beeld. Dit is normaal in de Medina, veel controle en gewoon je pad volgen. In het hotel ben je alles vergeten en ziet het er veilig en prettig uit. Goede prijs kwaliteit..

Slapen onder dekbed zonder laken. Vieze handdoeken
Bed kapot. Klachten werden serieus aangehoord maar geen oplossing. De dekbedden worden nietvoorzien van dekbedhoezen. Dus iedereen slaapt onder hetzelfde dekbed. Simpel maar goed ontbijt. Het welkomsdrankje waren ze vergeten.

Prima hotel
Het hotel ligt centraal in de medina van Tanger, maar is wel redelijk te bereiken met een taxi. Het hotel ziet er verzorgd uit en vanuit de bar kun je mooi uitkijken over de baai. De kamer was prima. De airco koelde helaas niet heel erg en er zat geen gordijn voor de douche, wat ervoor zorgde dat de hele badkamer nat werd bij het douchen. Hierdoor moest je erg voorzichtig zijn, want anders gleed je uit.

Leuk hotel voor een gezin, personeel is lief en aardig, ook erg behulpzaam. Koffers worden naar boven gesjouwd . Men is blij met een kleine fooi.

Hôtel très très bien situé = Accessibilité à pied Mosquée, shopping, cafés, restaurants, taxis… Personnel très accueillant, serviable et aux petits soins. Ménage des chambres fait tous jours de votre séjour. Chambre spacieuse avec option terrasse au 3 étage ou au 1er étage. Petit déjeuner top et varié. Seul bémol : il faut monter des escaliers pour arriver jusqu’à l’hôtel et pas d’ascenseurs pour accéder aux chambres = prévoir des petites baskets à l’arrivée :)

Terrible hotel. Location is super dodgy. Parking was a nightmare. Staff should at least have basic English skills, as it is a hotel in a tourist destination. I was just directed to the hotel restaurant when I asked for dinner suggestions. DO NOT GO HERE.

Staff is lovely and attentive but the hotel itself was not for me. I found it shabby, cheap, depressing and very noisy (cleaning ladies and guests constantly banging doors, super loud call to prayer every few hours including long ones in the middle of the night that interrupt your sleep, dragging chairs in the restaurant above all day and far into the night so you have no peace 24 hours a day, walls and doors are paper thin so you are surrounded by constant noise.) The rooms are very small boxes, nowhere to put your suitcases (can't imagine two people in one room) very cheaply decorated, run down and rather depressing to be honest. There is a small fridge but no kettle, no coffee maker, the hand soap smells awful, no shampoo, pillows need replacing, linen was poor quality (even for a budget hotel). Internet was ok for the most part and AC worked fine. Breakfast was ok - boiled egg with bread and fruit mostly. The hotel is in the middle of the medina, there are not many top end restaurants around, but a few inexpensive ones if you are on tight budget. I kept returning to Hotel Villa De France for dinners on their restaurant. Note: cars cannot enter the medina so if you have luggage make sure you have a driver who is willing to help you up the many stairs to the hotel. Again, staff were all lovely, can't fault them on the hotel itself. But after staying at Hotel Villa France and Maison Tangiers, this was a letdown. Morocco has so much beauty but none of it in this hotel sadly.

Walkable distance from the port but not very assessable by road as it is in the old town section. The property has no lifts so climbing up and down with bags can be an issue. The market place is walking distance but you could be harassed by the locals who want you to pay them to give you directions. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was lovely and you had a beautiful view of the port and Medina.

This is my second time where i book at this awesome hotel. From the reception, the staff is very welcoming and helpful and receive you with a warm smile. Tarik is a super kind and communicative person who made my stay even better. The hotel has different room options and the room is super tidy and sparkly clean. The rooftop in the hotel is a great choice for a relaxing evening and delicious meal which is freshly cooked. The location is centric and almost everything around is at a walkable distance.

A really nice hotel right next to Medina, shops and waterfront. Interior painting and some renovations were taking place during my stay. My room was recently renovated, bathroom, tiles, etc. Really nice and comfortable stay.

L'hôtel est bien situé dans la vieille médina. Le personnel est très sympathique. Il y a un parking à côté et le tarif est beaucoup moins cher avec la carte de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est servi par des serveurs. L'hôtel est à 30 min de l'aéroport.

Cozy, exotic hotel in Old Medina area, surrounded by plenty of opportunities for dining and for souvenirs shopping. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, ready to offer advice and to go the extra mile to ensure your comfort. Moroccan tea and date cookies were offered as a warm welcome. Flexible check-in times, to accommodate your needs. The hotel restaurant, situated on the top floor, provides excellent Moroccan dishes as well as a breath-taking view. Taxi to the airport was organised for me on request. I highly recommend it.
