In reality, the toilet is only divided from the bedroom by a glass panel with open gaps around it — no proper door, no seal, and no privacy at all. 'First up, the hotel is in a mobile signal black hole, Add to that, their wifi signals are weak and keeps dropping in and out (a known issue as acknowledged by management). There is only free to air TV channels as well. So, if you're fine with a total internet and phone black out during your stay, then this place is fine. 'A quaint, hidden gem of a property which was well located away from the hustle and bustle. Lisa, who manages the place, was lovely and friendly. The spa bath was a real treat and it was refreshing to stay in pet friendly accomodation that didn’t charge extra for your pet (big plus!). The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the cabin had a lovely homely feel. Only small negatives were that the towels were really thin, there was just a sheet and thin blanket (no duvet) so it got a bit cold...

'One of the most aesthetically beautiful suites I have stayed in. The views are stunning, the bathroom and outdoor bath were divine. All the amenities were top notch and very user friendly. When we encountered an incident which I won't go into detail about, the owner was very responsive and handled it perfectly. It is located in the heart of the town, walking distance from everything yet also felt secluded and peaceful. '

'The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was sufficient. The evening meal was nice and the chef was fast. The only thing wrong was a very noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom but we were there on a weekend so probably no maintenance available. The did offer to change our room.'

'This was a quick stopover for us to get from one place to close to our next destination. Unfortunately with our timing we arrived after dark and didn't get to enjoy the views out back, but it from the pics it looked like a cute marina. It was great having a bar and restaurant out the back, and the food was delicious (staff was also wonderful). Parking was easy and close.'
