Thank you for staying how beautiful the house and the pool are, we are so happy you had a great stay. I Wish you had communicated with me while staying at the house, as the house is fully equipped for 12 guests and if we were notified in real time that anything is missing we would have done everything to provide you with what was lacking As we do our very best to make sure our guests are having everything they need and have an amazing stay.

We are very surprised by this review as the house was completely renovated and newly equipped just over a year ago. Brand new bathrooms with decorative ceramic, oak cabinets, and granite countertops. Porcelain floors through the entire house and all new kitchen wear and furniture. Please take the time to read all other reviews and see if there is any such mention!?

New update: We recently installed a control panel to operate the spa locally. It was a pleasure to host Christina and her group and we are very happy they liked the house and enjoyed their vacation. I am sorry they felt micro-managed. The spa and waterfall are operated remotely per the guests' preferences and can be scheduled for the duration of the stay in advance, with no need to reach out to the property manager other than one time with the requested schedule. If the guest prefers to extend their requests every day for the day, it is also their choice. The reason for the remote operation is to ensure sanitation of the water and the minimum hours required for the integrated system to circulate. We do not wish to limit our guests' enjoyment but to ensure water sanitation. Same with the garbage removal, unfortunately, our experience shows that guests sometimes forget to take the garbage out despite reminders and the following guests find themselves with full garbage and recycling bins with no room for usage.

Dear Begie, we are very happy to hear that you had a nice time at our home and that you appreciated our early check-in and quick response to your needs and concerns, as we do our best to give our guests the best experience. Please know that we have 50 pictures, posted on VRBO, of the outside and inside of the property so our guests have an accurate image of the property. More than that, many of our guests comment that the pictures do a disservice to the property and that it is much nicer than it appears in the pictures. As for the SPA being controlled from remote, and as specified on the website, the guests have an option to give us their preference in advance and we schedule it for them or they can ask to heat the spa every time they wish to use it and it is accommodated immediately. The 40 min needed for the spa to heat up is required due to the integrated system ensuring filtration and sanitation of the pool and not due to the off-site control. The same time would have taken to the spa to heat if controlled on-site as the water filter back to the pool and cool down. And last, quiet hours are posted on the website and are part of our house rules, as part of our care to our community and neighbors.
