I have been a regular customer to this property for the past three years. This is a wholesome hotel with staff from CheckIn to dining to cleaning, working cohesively to give me and my family pleasant stay. I have gotten consistent experience which is what draws me back to this hotel. Few shoutouts: Rishad and the front desk women are pleasant and welcoming. Whether it is a request at 2am or 10pm, you can be guaranteed your request will be looked after swiftly. Arivazhagan works cordially with all departments to give customers worry free stay. Mahalaxmi from the restaurant remembers customers and orders and will surprise us with her care and service. Ponnurangam and other security folks work around the clock while keeping a smile. Balaji who is the GM, sets a great example to everyone at this hotel. He has set standards which gives us experience similar to that of a tier 1 city hotel.

Great experience
We decided to take a break on our way to Tiruvannamalai. We chose Vellore over Chittoor due to this hotel. Our experience with ITC Hotels has been good overall. Our expectations were not belied. The reception from the parking valet to reception desk was good. We booked two rooms and we were upgraded. Because of the weekday, it appeared less crowded. Both the rooms were comfortable and clean. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was great. The choices for the breakfast buffet were many. Overall, a good experience.

During my three-day stay at Fortune Park in Vellore, I found the hotel to have a lovely lobby. The rooms, while somewhat on the smaller side, were acceptable. The only area for improvement I noticed was the bathroom, which could be a bit more spacious. However, these minor inconveniences were more than compensated for by two outstanding aspects: the exceptionally hospitable and helpful staff and the truly delectable food. As a lifetime platinum member with Marriott, I can confidently say that the staff and cuisine at Fortune Park surpassed my expectations. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

As previously mentioned, the swimming pool is a nice spot for pigeons to take a dip, not so hygenic for humans. They refuse to add a pigeon net. The new staff at th e restaurant still need to buck up.. i missed the earlier staff some of who had left and other was on leave.

Was here in July for a night to visit VIT. It’s a 15 min auto ride to the college campus. Had a comfortable stay at the hotel in line with what I expected from a 4 star rated hotel. Didn’t get to experience the sky lounge since it was raining the day I arrived. The service staff is awesome. A big shout out to Jeevitha at the Orchid for being so attentive and making sure I had everything I needed. Sashank at the Neptune bar for going out of his way. Mello for an excellent hair appointment at the Spa. I’ll be staying here again when I visit next time and recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable spot to stay in Vellore.

The property is advertised as a four star hotel but it lacks basic amenities such as car parking. The hotel is poorly staffed and this leads to a lag period in them addressing any concern. Even such issues with the toilet flush were not addressed properly. The hotel's service and infrastructure leaves much to be desired. The star rating is a misguiding variable as far as Fortune park Vellore is concerned. We checked out a day early and the manager refused to refund our one day's tariff. Expedia were also not helpful in this regard.
