Restful Condo at Langosta Beach Club!!

  • Ons appartement is licht, luchtig en zeer goed ingericht. De grote kamer, overdekt buiten zit-en eetgedeelte evenals de overdekte buiten slaapkamer Lanai kijken uit op een 650 hectare grote natuurbescherming. We worden vaak 's ochtends begroet door een troep brulapen. Wat een spectaculaire locatie en op minder dan 100 meter van de oceaan.

    Als gasten in ons huis zult u genieten van volledige lidmaatschapsprivileges bij de Langosta Beach Club zolang u bij ons blijft. De exclusieve Club, op slechts 40 meter afstand, is de enige in de omgeving en ligt aan het mooiste en gezinsvriendelijke strand in de omgeving. Het beschikt over een volledig fitnesscentrum, Pilates en yogastudio, een Frans restaurant, een geweldige bar met een spectaculair uitzicht op de oceaan, een groot zwembad bedekt met Spaanse glazen tegels en een overlooprand met uitzicht op de warme Stille Oceaan. U kunt ontspannen rond het zwembad, op het strand of in privécabanas. Stoelen, lounges en parasols worden op uw verzoek op het strand geplaatst. Douches zijn bedoeld voor gebruik bij het zwembad.

    Ons luxe appartement is gelegen in een exclusief, klein, omheind gebouw bestaande uit slechts tien eenheden op drie verdiepingen. Aan de overkant van het wereldberoemde Tamarindo-strand en de Langosta Beach Club, ligt ons huis binnen de 600 hectare grote natuurbeschermingszone en estuarium van Tamarindo. Howler apen kunnen worden gehoord en vaak gezien vanuit zowel het appartement als de Beach Club. De Stille Oceaan ligt op slechts een minuut lopen van de voordeur.
    Onze 1500 vierkante voet huis beschikt over het beste van alles, waaronder centrale lucht, teak plafonds en houtwerk overal, travertijn kalkstenen vloeren, op maat gemaakte Costa Ricaanse meubels, granieten aanrecht. Dit is een smart home met een NEST-thermostaat, GoogleSpecial elektronische rook- en CO2-detectoren Bosch-keukenapparatuur, Williams-Sonoma-keukengerei en luxe 600-draads telbladen.

    Tamarindo is al lang een surfbestemming en ook een centrum van ecotoerisme. We hebben nu een eindeloos aantal buitenactiviteiten beschikbaar in een gebied met meer dan 75 restaurants. U kunt genieten van alles, van de lokale keuken tot echt lekker eten. Ons huis ligt op 7-10 minuten lopen naar het dorpscentrum en u kunt comfortabel naar meer dan 40 van de 60 lokale restaurants lopen. Het gebouw ligt dicht genoeg bij het stadscentrum om erg handig te zijn, maar ver genoeg om het lawaai en de congestie te voorkomen.

    Er is zoveel te doen voor de liefhebber, waaronder vissen van wereldklasse, surfen, zip lining, duiken, jungle boottochten, schildpadden kijken, zeilen, vulkaantochten, raften, paardrijden, golf, tennis, wandelen en gewoon ontspannen.

    Wij bieden elke service die u zich maar kunt wensen, zoals boodschappen doen bij aankomst voor late aankomsten, thuis koken van eenvoudig tot gourmet, babysitten en extra schoonmaakservice. Our stay at Ibis number one exceeded our expectations… It was a beautiful, clean, spacious condo with everything you could possibly need. Our favorite part was that it was right across the street from a beautiful beach club that we had access to the entire time, everybody we came in contact with was so kind, helpful, and friendly!

Very clean and enjoyable. Friendly staff. Good security. Beach club access and beach literally a stroll across the street from condo. Working kitchen with supplies and grocery store near by. Plenty of restaurants along the beach within walking distance.

Comfortable stay

Loved everything about this property. Clean, comfortable and proximity to activities was perfect. Access to the club, pool, and beach chairs right on the ocean made the stay even better. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and fantastic service

This is where you want to stay! Out of the bustle of town but close to everything! Rafa and his team made our week vacation so easy! Whatever you need tours, transfers, golf carts, grocery, atm, and unroasted coffee beans! So knowledgeable and the other staff are very caring and friendly. Loved the beach club being just across the way, food and drinks are great! The condo was enjoyable and served our needs well.

Perfect spot in Tamarindo

Great location with access to the Langosta Beach club across the street (coffee in the morning, sunsets, 2 for 1 happy hour margaritas!) Used the gym every day. The unit was well equipped with everything needed. Security and parking were great as well. Perfect spot.

Convenient, Clean, and Comfortable Condo

My family of four had the opportunity to stay at the IBIS condo for one week. We found the property to be well maintained, secure, well-equipped, conveniently located across the street from the Langosta Beach Club and in walking distance to many restaurants and shops in downtown Tamarindo. At one point our dishwasher stopped working. We contacted Rafa, the property manager, and although he couldn't fix the issue immediately, he coordinated for the cleaning staff to attend to our dishes later that day. He was also very helpful coordinating a cruise for us to enjoy. Rafa is easy to communicate with and willing to help make any guest's stay in Costa Rica enjoyable. The relationship the condo has with the beach club is wonderful! The beach club has a great gym, relaxing pool, delicious pool side restaurant, and a fabulous staff. My son took surf lessons with the surf instructors located on the beach at the beach club. Jeffrey and Mathis were excellent instructors. We highly recommend this property for a fantastic vacation.

Excellent location good hospitality. The only problem was the refrigerator freezer would not open and it ended up leaking all over the kitchen. We came back from the beach one day and they were installing a new refrigerator. It was an inconvenience the manager never told me it was being done even though talked to him numerous times

Nice spot across from beach

Great location and 24-hour security adds a safer feel. Great patio with bbq was nice to cook our own meals. Dryer was the only issue….it made a really loud noise (belt?). It worked, but only if you could handle the noise.

Wonderful stay with great location

We stayed 9 nights at ibis # 1. Our flight arrived in the morning and we were able to check in early, which was very nice. Rafa greeted us and we even got complimentary coffee. We were a group of 3 adults with one 3 year old. The condo has great furniture and everything you will need for your stay. Appliances all worked great. The shower in both bathrooms is huge, the water pressure was great and never ran out of hot water. Rafa the concierge was an easy to reach contact for anything we needed. The 24 hr security on site made us feel safe and they were all so friendly. It was quiet and peaceful for sleeping at night. Access to the beach club was awesome and we used it almost every day. The pool was great for our 3 year old and the Beach in front of the club was some of the best swimming and great surfing. Town was like a 5 minute walk and seemed to get shorter and shorter everyday. We saw a howler monkey from our patio on the last day. Also really appreciated the keyless entry into the condo, so nice not packing around a key. The only cons we had. We had to ask for the maid to come half way through our stay and it was the only time they came. Maybe this is common practice though. When our sheets were changed they did not smell good at all, like musty laundry. But that's pretty minor. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo in perfect location

Very nice, clean, well equipped condo! Great location across from beach club and 5 minute walk to town. Management staff was very professional and responsive before and during stay. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Prior to arrival they sent a great link with all the unit info, restaurants and other info you might need so we felt comfortable prior to arrival and really had no questions while we were there. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Amazing! Wonderful! In Love with all of it!

Rafa and team were so incredibly amazing. Some of the highlights we’re talking with them and seeing how much they care about their guests. The condo was amazing and clean and safe. Very nice appliances, towels, beds, everything was upscale. We loved cooking in the house for breakfast and lunch and found it incredibly easy to walk or drive quickly to the best of Tamarindo. We loved our stay and are ready to come back and make it a family tradition. Location is perfect if you love quiet and right across from the beach. Langosta beach club was a real treat. We give the condo and our experience with the staff 10/10. A+.

Well appointed condo withing short distance of Tamarindo

Condo is very nicely finished with all amenities needed. It was nice to be able to access the beach club opposite which was a good addition to the listing. Close enough to Tama to walk and away from the noise. Would stay again.

Great villa!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Ibis condos! The only thing we’d suggest is having a salt & pepper shaker and sugar for coffee. Bed was comfy, loved the decor and location was perfect! Staff were amazing! Would stay there again!

Beautiful property

The location was perfect ! Literally a 2 min walk to a stunning beach. The condo was clean, the beds were comfy and the a/c worked fabulously. A well appointed kithchen made our stay easy and convenient. Being just outside of town made it a quiet spot but a 10 min walk put you back in the hustle and bustle if you wanted to be. Rafa and Juan looked after any arrangements we needed, car rentals, excursions etc, and were great sources of information. They helped make our vacation memorable. This may have been our first visit to this property but it won’t be our last. Pura Vida

Perfect vacation in Tamarindo

Condo was immaculate and more than what was expected. Pictures do not show how nice is really is. With the exception of the dial up speed internet (apparently a pervasive problem in this part of CR) everything worked well. Membership in the Langosta Beach Club, right across the street, that comes with the Condo is key to spending your days at one of the most perfect beaches anywhere. Rafa and Stefano, the concierges at the Condo, and Bob Wilson provide hotel style help and arrangements. The Condo has perfect location. Close enough to main part of town so no car is necessary yet just beyond so not crowded or noisy. Will return.
