The home is maintained year round by a 5-star property management company, RPM, who are located down the street and they have emergency 24-hour, 7 days a week availability for guests. You enter through the external gate using a digital lock so you have no need of carrying a key while swimming at the beach or when off on adventures. Neither the high walls nor the gate allow visibility inside the villa& premises - the villa has been designed for security, privacy and comfort. Adjacent to the outdoor shower is an outside storage closet where you will find beach toys and chairs for your convenience. There is ample room to store rented bicycles safely within the wall. Rental includes one reserved parking space, and there is additional free parking on the paved street outside the complex. The entire first floor is easily accessible with no steps between the front door, first floor king bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower, kitchen/dining and pool areas. The full-size American-style kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal and even a large kitchen island. The open floor planallows full view to and from the kitchen, living, indoor dining, and backyard areas.
