'Beetje ver van de stad helaas'

'Room was adequate even the size was a bit small but since I was traveling alone that’s fine. The management should consider of providing free drinking bottled water at least if they couldn’t afford water dispenser machine. '

'スタッフサービスがとても良かった。 笑顔で気持ちの良い対抗だった。 ドライヤーはあるがアメニティは無い。 コンセントも全て通電するので'

' New hotel. Just right. Excellent breakfast. '

'Checkin took a long time. Checkin is often like applying for a passport or visa - you’re tired, hungry and you need another 10 mins to get your room key. It’s not this hotel per se, but many take altogether too long. Why not use the information I provided when booking? Nice hotel, very local crowd and near the industrial area. Taxis were easy to get. Hotel had good food, and a pool gym and rooftop bar - a nice place to chill after a long day. They were not consistent with water to the room,...

'Toilet was very smelly. The lift landing and the corridors are stuffy, with no ventilation or sufficient light. '

'Mooi appartement '

'We were given an upgrade to the club wing which meant we got a very spacious room with a seating lounge area. The Italian restaurant offered very good service and some lovely food. The breakfast buffet in the Charcoal hotel was okay but not impressive. We experienced a facial in the spa which was well done and very relaxing. The hotel has some beautiful grounds but the children's play area was very run down. One pool was dry. The other was poorly maintained but was well laid out originally. The...

'Great for a 1 night stay. Lots of good options closeby for food. Internet was good also. Breakfast is very simple - eggs we super soft runny and served no other way even when we mentioned we could not eat half raw eggs. No coffee available only weak tea. Toast with butter and kaya jam. Bed was comfy and nice hot shower. Cold filter water dispensers to fill bottles was great too.'

'The ball room was good, but the guest room was not so comfortable one, because there were only a few amenities, no slippers in the room, and the carpet was not cleaned well. Meals, including served during wedding party were satisfactory.'

'Zonder auto zijn de meeste voorzieningen (behalve het aangrenzende pretpark) vrij ver verwijderd van dit hotel in de periferie van de stad. De modern ingerichte kamer is compact en van alle gemakken voorzien.'

'Quiet place near the train station. Clean rooms. Only issue was our room had a glass panel above the door which let light in all night. But don’t let that stop you from staying there!'
