« Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful .
Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater .
Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side.

« We spent a lovely night at the B and B.
Everything was perfect and they even left a G and T and beer in the fridge for us to enjoy and fresh milk in a jug.
The beds were extremely comfortable and the water piping hot.
The breakfast in the morning was lovely and our hosts could not have been more welcoming

« Great location. Quiet area. Good value for money. Ideal size for a couple. Pet friendly. Perfect base for hiking as only a short drive to popular peaks.
Parking tricky due to narrow street, limited spaces. Kitchen basically a conservatory, so most of the day time difficult to spent time in due to heat (late June). Would be very cosy in winter, autumn or early spring.

« The Birches is an absolutely beautiful location. It is so picturesque, and quiet. An absolutely lovely spot. The house itself is charming, but folks with limited mobility would have a hard time navigating the steps, uneven floors, and doorways. The area directly surrounding it is perfect for long walks through the hills. »
