'My friend had accidentally lost her backpack on the train just before we had arrived to the hotel for check in. As soon as we arrived at the hotel we asked to borrow their phone to call the lost in found center at the train station. After we explained the situation the hotel staff asked us what train we were on and what the backpack looked like and offered to call the station for us to help locate the backpack. This was a huge relief to us because we were worried about the language barrier over...

'We used this hotel as a couple. Rooms are fine; we stayed on 15th floor, and rooms on floor 13-14-15 seem to be bigger than the lower floors. We did not use the breakfast buffet, since there are plenty of breakfast places around, both local ones as international ones. Can recommend this hotel to others.'

'What a fantastic place to stay. Convenient location from the train station And easy acces to snowmonkey parc. The food was amazing And the service level as well. They have an amazing bar on the roof. You sit with -15 in heated plastic iglo tents zipping from your drinks. The onsen Spa is big on the upperfloor overlooking Yudanaka And the mountains. The Room is huge. So wonderful stay And highly recommended.'

'Een netjes opgeknapte locatie, de foto's laten het wel chiquer lijken dan het hotel daadwerkelijk is. De ontvangst was wat rommelig. Je krijgt een welkomstdrankje, keurig afgemeten in een plastic glaasje ;-) Avondeten en ontbijt was in buffetvorm: kwaliteit en hoeveelheid was goed, heerlijk gegeten. De keuze in tijdstip om te eten was helaas beperkt. De prijs van drankjes lag hoger dan gemiddeld in Japan. Mooie en ruime kamer, een mooie mix tussen westerse en Japanse stijl. We hadden niet...

'Rooms were clean, towels and japanese robes replaced each day. The onsens were clean, the outdoor one was usually empty, just for me. The gentleman at the reception was accommodating to us and gave us a few rides from the hotel to different locations (station, monkey park). '

'Prima hotel, naast het station, voor een kort verblijf in Nagano. Kamers zijn Japanse grootte. Mensen zeer vriendelijk. 30 min lopen en 10 min met de bus van de prachtige Zenkoji tempel.'
