'I booked this hotel because there is a free airport shuttle. Mentioned on the website and in Expedia. But I waited almost an hour and no shuttle! Only from the the to the airport and only in the morning?! Why is that not mentioned?? I send a few messages via Expedia to the hotel and never got an answer back! Very bad! Hotel so big and my room was ready, but you only get the key at 16:00… Pffft…'

'Great location very close to the airport. We only stayed one night. Even though it is close to a train line I heard nothing all night, super well sound insulated. Perfect quick stop after a long flight.'

'Perfect location. Breakfast can be improved. '

'Great service and comfortable rooms, absolutely recommended. We had this hotel booked for our first day in Japan, when you leave the next day, there's an airport shuttle bus. '

'Good stay to be close to the airport but the hotel itself is a little older. Rooms are specious, breakfast mostly Japanese oriented '
