'It was my first time at this hotel. I stayed at Versace the last time and wanted to give this one a try. Both hotels are top-tier hotels while the vibe is different on each. In terms of service, I think Karl Lagerfeld wins. Love the attentive and professional service provided by the staff at front desk, bell service, housekeeping, and the new butler service is superior. 'I had a wonderful stay at The Londoner Macao. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, but what really stood out to me was the experience at The Residence. The food was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and every dish was prepared with great care. The service was equally impressive – the staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile.
